1. The horizontal hydraulic pulper

The pulp and the rotating impeller, The relative movement between the fixed blades and the friction caused by the different speeds in the pulp flow make the fibers disperse with each other, and the aperture of the sieve is Ф The concentration of 4 ~ 8mm shredding is 2.5 ~ 3.5%. The dispersed fibers are continuously discharged through the sieve hole through the steady flow box. 2. High consistency desander

high consistency desander removes the impurities with a large proportion in the pulp at the concentration of 2.5 ~ 3.5%. The pulp is sent to the high consistency desander from the top, and the rotary table on the top rotates at the speed of 1400 rpm. The pulp rotates at a high speed in the device, and the heavier impurities (such as book nails, sandstone, etc.) are thrown to the wall by centrifugal force, The written commitment to quality assurance and maintenance of the external insulation system is reduced, and clean water is sprayed into the sludge collector to separate the sundries from the pulp, and the pulp rises and overflows from the central pipe

3. Dredger

the pulp treated by the hydraulic pulper still contains small pieces of paper that are not completely dispersed. Further dredging is very important to improve the quality of waste paper pulp. The dredging of pulp can be carried out in general pulpers, refiners and disc mills. However, since the waste paper has been beaten, if it is dredged with general pulping equipment, not only the power consumption is high, but also the utilization rate of the equipment is low, Moreover, if the fiber is cut again, the strength of the pulp will be reduced. Therefore, for the dredging of waste paper, it is required to fully disperse the fiber without cutting the fiber. There are many types of dredging machines. ①, high-frequency dredging machines

although the models and structures of high-frequency dredging machines are different, their working principles are basically the same, The rotor rotates at a high speed of about 3000 rpm, and the pulp is subjected to a large impact and strong fluid shear force between the rotor and the stator, which makes the fibers fully dispersed. After being dredged, the hydration degree and brooming degree of the pulp are improved, and the fibers are rarely cut off, Under the action of machinery, the ink is generally separated from the surface of the fiber with medium viscosity mineral oil.

the rotating toothed disc (rotor) and the fixed toothed disc (stator) have three rows of toothed rings respectively. The toothed rings of the rotor and the stator mesh with each other, and the size of the slots is gradually reduced from the center to the outside, but the number is gradually increased. During operation, the slurry enters the center of the toothed disc and detours from the center through the slots by centrifugal action, The concentration of the treated slurry excluded from the outer ring of the gear ring is about 3%, and the clearance between the teeth of the stator and the rotor is generally 0 8~1. 0 mm, which is equivalent to the average length of the fiber. Therefore, the relative movement of the tooth edge has no shear effect on the fiber. (the average fiber length has no significant change after the pulp is processed by the high-frequency dredger)

due to the small gap between the rotor and the stator, the tooth disc is easy to be damaged by the metal inclusions in the slurry, so it must be fully desanded before the high-frequency dredger, The toothed disc must also be made of wear-resistant steel

with the development and widespread use of processed paper, asphalt, resin, plastic and other substances in waste paper increase, which makes it difficult to dredge waste paper. In view of the above situation, in order to expand the scope of use of waste paper, in recent years, there have been some dredging equipment suitable for waste paper processing, and the development trend of these equipment is at a higher concentration of about 30 ~ 35%, Knead and extrude the pulp, increase the friction between the fibers, and the temperature of dispersion also increases correspondingly. 4.
